Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to lead and grow one of our key telecom client relationships in the UK/Ireland region. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in consultative sales, strategic account development, and long-term revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a major telecom client, fostering deep, trust-based relationships across all levels, including C-suite stakeholders.
2. Revenue Growth: Drive profitable quarter-on-quarter revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cross-selling within the account.
3. Consultative Selling: Apply a solution-oriented approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored offerings that add value and strengthen the partnership.
4. Strategic Coordination: Collaborate internally across teams to ensure alignment on client strategy, consistent messaging, and effective knowledge sharing.
5. Portfolio Oversight: Manage the assigned account as a strategic asset, with full responsibility for its performance, growth, and long-term success.
