The Kent Oncology Centre provides leading radiotherapy services at Canterbury and Maidstone sites. It includes comprehensive planning services such as CT scans and personalized treatment plans, utilizing state-of-the-art software and moving towards a paperless workflow.

Responsibilities
As the Radiotherapy Planning / CT Operations Manager, you will oversee daily management of the CT, Planning, and pathway navigation teams across Canterbury and Maidstone, ensuring effective processes and communication. Your key responsibilities include:
* Managing the department to deliver high-quality, efficient services meeting national standards.
* Collaborating with the Cancer Performance team to meet cancer treatment targets.
* Contributing to the ongoing transition to a paperless system.
Qualifications
* Significant management experience, including people management and operational responsibilities.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
* Experience working with external agencies to develop, implement, and evaluate policies, including change management.
