Key
Responsibilities
* Processing and completing web conversion
enquiries accurately and efficiently
* Updating and maintaining guest booking
records across internal systems
* Performing quality checks on reservations
to ensure all details are correct and complete
* Supporting administrative handling of
spa, treatment, and dining bookings
* Inputting and verifying guest data in
line with company standards
* Assisting with backlog clearance of
historical enquiries and requests
* Ensuring all tasks are completed in line
with agreed productivity and accuracy targets
* Flagging incomplete or unclear bookings
for review by the core team
* Maintain clear and accurate internal
records of work completed
* Following established processes and
guidelines for guest administration tasks
* Working collaboratively with the wider
Guest Experience team to support operational priorities
* Escalating any system issues or booking
discrepancies appropriately
Key Skills
& Requirements
* Have excellent attention to detail and
accuracy
* Have the ability to work independently in
a remote environment
* Have good organisational and time
management skills
* Be comfortable working with systems and
handling repetitive administrative tasks
* Have the ability to follow processes and
complete tasks efficiently
* Have basic understanding of bookings or
reservation systems (preferred but not essential)
* Be reliable and able to manage workload
to meet productivity expectations
Additional Information
* 20 - 40 hours
per week
* Working 5 days out
of 7 per week
* Working hours are
flexible through Monday - Sunday (flexibility required to fit the business
needs)
* Remote - 1 day in
office training required at Moreton-in-Marsh
