Job Title: Female Community Care Assistant (Drivers) – 7am Starts
Location: Southampton & surrounding areas
Pay: £12.89 per hour + 40p per mile (paid mileage)
Contract: Permanent, part‑time or full‑time
Start: ASAP (training provided)
About the role
Join All Care’s friendly Southampton team supporting adults in their own homes to live safely and independently. You’ll deliver dignified personal care, prompt/administer medication, prepare light meals, provide companionship, and record care notes accurately. We work locally in planned runs so you’re supporting people in your community.
* 7am starts are essential on your working days (early mornings form a core part of this role)
* Daytime and some teatime/evening visits available (rota provided in advance)
What we’re looking for
* Female applicants only – Due to the personal nature of the care for female clients, this post has an occupational requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car (business insurance or willingness to add it)
* Reliable timekeeping and the ability to work early mornings
* Warm, respectful approach and good communication
* Right to work in the UK (we’re unable to offer sponsorship)
* Previous care experience is welcome but not essential — we provide full training and shadowing
* £12.89 per hour
* Paid induction training & shadowing

* Ongoing development : Care Certificate and support with formal qualifications
