Job Description
At Inspire Neurocare we help people become more independent through rehabilitation. We specialise in supporting adults with complex neurological conditions and injuries, going beyond traditional rehabilitation and long‑term care by tailoring nursing care and therapeutic support to suit each individual’s goals, preferences and needs.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with residents and families and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, person‑centred care in line with care plans.
* Assist residents with personal care tasks where required.
* Provide social and emotional support to encourage participation in centre activities.
* Offer companionship by taking an interest in residents’ lives.
* Play a hands‑on role that makes a real difference to the people we support.

About You
* Valid proof of right to work in the UK
* Experience in Care welcomed but not essential
* Strong and clear communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering compassionate care
* Flexible to adapt to residents’ changing needs and routines
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Patience, eagerness to learn and a positive attitude
