Tender Coordinator – 3 Days a Week | £30K Pro Rata | Temp to Perm Opportunity\nAre you a highly organised, detail-driven professional with a knack for coordinating processes? We are looking for a Tender Coordinator to join our clients dynamic team in a pivotal role that could grow into a long-term opportunity.\nAbout the Role:\nAs Tender Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the bid and tender process—identifying opportunities, managing submissions and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You will work closely with the Business Support Lead and support a dedicated Tender Administrator, playing a key role in helping the business win new work.\nThis role is initially temporary, working three days per week, with strong potential to become temp-to-perm based on business needs and your performance.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * Identify and track tender opportunities via proactive searches and existing channels\n * Lead the bid/no-bid process and coordinate tender submissions\n * Manage and monitor tender timelines and ensure compliance throughout\n * Maintain and develop a library of standard responses, case studies, and CVs\n * Support and coach a Tender Administrator as needed\n * Report regularly on tender pipeline and progress\nWhat You'll Bring:\n * Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines\n * Excellent written ...
