Puro Associates are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join an established firm in their Wirral office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, with the chance to take on new challenges and progress your career.
Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Senior role:
* Managing a portfolio of clients, nurturing strong relationships, and providing sound financial guidance.
* Preparing and reviewing annual accounts, corporation tax computations, and VAT returns.
* Leading and mentoring junior team members, offering guidance and constructive feedback.
* Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
* Contributing to ad-hoc projects and special assignments when required.
* Demonstrate expertise in accounting, VAT, taxation, and general business advisory services aligned with our client needs.
Qualifications and Skills of the Accounts Senior role:
* Ideally hold 4+ years' experience working within a UK accounting practice. xsngvjr
* ACCA or ACA qualification would be advantageous
* QBE candidates will also be considered for this position.
* You must hold the right to fully work in the UK.
