Responsibilities: Supervise classes across various subjects using pre-set lesson plans. Manage student behaviour and ensure a calm, productive classroom environment. Distribute resources and support students in staying on task. Report any issues or concerns to appropriate school staff. Maintain a professional, approachable presence as a role model for students. Requirements: Previous experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, coaching, tutoring, youth work) is highly beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence managing classroom behaviour and engaging with students. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
