Role: Product Manager Salary: Up to £70,000 package Location: Leeds (Hybrid 1-2 days onsite) Fruition are currently recruiting for a scaling technology first organisation based in Leeds. My client are highly regarded in their industry and they are investing heavily in their key product offering. This role is very much a Product Manager role in the truest sense, where you will take ownership of a product roadmap from end-to-end: shaping strategy, running discovery, delivering iteratively with Engineering and Design, and measuring impact. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Manager Key Responsibilities Own the vision and strategy for your product area (3-6 month horizon), aligned to organisational priorities. Maintain an outcome-based roadmap with hypotheses, success measures, and clear sequencing. Run continuous discovery: customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and frontline insight. Validate problem statements and solution options using lightweight experiments where appropriate. Translate insights into clear opportunities, requirements, and prioritised work. Required Skill and Experience Proven experience in a Product Owner / Product Manager role. Must have experience of owning a product roadmap Experience of working with technical delivery teams You must be comfortable working as part of a smaller team and managing stakeholders at all levels.
