About the role
In this 12 month, fixed term contract, you will work across all areas of the business. You’ll be responsible for developing cross functional working relationships to ensure the commercial success of Penfolds activations within the UK.
1. Manage day to day business for accounts such as Waitrose, Tescos, Sainsburys and Morrisons
2. Assume responsibility for the day-to-day administration management and implementations of shopper activations
3. Enhance existing relationships to further profitability within the UK grocery channel
4. Support the Business Manager with account management across all grocery accounts on a day-to-day basis
5. Support the BM in all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, sales delivery & profitability, managing trade spend within agreed guidelines
6. monitor competitive activity in the marketplace and analyse market data to identify key customer opportunities.
About you
You are an organised and engaging team member, who works well in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You thrive building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and are a natural communicator.
7. High levels of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
8. The ability to work well autonomously and within a team environment
9. A passion for wine, and the industry, and you ideally hold WSET qualifications
10. The ability to build and develop new and existing relationships
11. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word
