A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance/ Accounts Assistant to join a busy company within a varied and interesting finance role.
You will be working within a fun and friendly environment within a Finance role which has the capacity to grow in the future.
We are looking for highly numerate candidates with 2-3 years’ finance experience with qualifications within accountancy and finance.
Key responsibilities
* Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
* Recording financial transactions in accounting systems
* Reconciling bank statements with company accounts
* Supporting the monitoring of budgets and forecasting expenditure
* Accounts payable and receivable ledgers
* Load invoices to sage
* Maintain Direct debits
* Credit cards
* Expenses
* Load supplier invoices to Sage
What the employer is looking for
* 3 years + accounts experience
* Degree or equivalent in Accounts and Finance
* Experience with Sage
* Organised and good time management skills
* Attention to detail
* Highly numerate
