Overview
We are looking for a Romanian-speaking Motion Graphics Designer to join our team, helping to create work.
Responsibilities
* Generating ideas and creative concepts as part of wider campaign brainstorms within the internal project teams
* Ensuring that all content created is optimised for specific social channels, taking into account standard text spaces, safe zones, accessibility considerations, etc.
* Developing and creating engaging, innovative animated content. The Motion Graphics Designer will be a hands-on creative thinker and will take responsibility for turning briefs into motion graphics assets that are visually appealing.
* Based in London (preferably), you will turn briefs into native, platform-specific motion graphics and be comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
* Willing and able to create other (non-motion) design assets as needed; you will understand what content works well across social platforms and stay ahead of digital trends.
* Interpret briefs with standalone thinking for each platform and placement to ensure content feels native to each channel and its audience.
* Experience delivering a wide range of motion graphics from concept to final production.
Qualifications
* Native Romanian speaker with excellent spoken and written English.
* Confident user of Adobe CC; excellent motion graphics skills and a strong portfolio.
* Copywriting and video editing skills also desirable.
Social experience
* Experience bringing campaigns to life across multiple digital platforms
* Understanding formats for a range of social channels, including Telegram, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok
* Keen awareness of current digital trends including content and formatting
* Sound editorial judgment and ability to evaluate the effectiveness of your content
Other experience
* Motivated self-starter, flexible and adaptable to change
* Romanian language (native-speaker level) essential
* Comfortable developing content, presenting and communicating in English
* This is a UK-based role (London preferred). Will also consider candidates based in the EU.
