Job Title: Private Client Lawyer
Location: Dorset
Contract Details: Full-time
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:
As a Private Client Lawyer, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a diverse portfolio of private client cases, including probate, estate administration, care of the elderly, Wills, LPAs, and Trusts
* Providing expert legal advice and support to clients within the private client team
* Ensuring efficient client representation while maintaining the highest standards of service
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE or FCILEx status
* Strong experience and interest in Wills, LPAs, and estate administration
* Preferably some experience in trust work
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Additional qualifications or memberships in relevant professional bodies
* Previous experience in a similar role within a reputable law firm
Technologies:
Familiarity with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
