Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are recruiting: We are looking for a Lead Mechanical Fitter for a permanent position based with our client in Hull Immediate start available (Subject to interview process) Salary is £52,000 per annum (depending on experience) This will be working Monday to Friday - 6:30am till 4:30pm (with occasional weekends in line with operations) Expectations Effective collaboration with operations, electrical and EHS teams to ensure alignment and efficiency. Oversee maintenance strategies for bulk handling equipment inclusive of cranes, belt conveyors, chain conveyors, bucket elevators, hoppers, silos, dust collectors and related components. Drive reliability improvements using root cause analysis. Ensure minimal downtime through effective preventative and predictive maintenance programs while attending breakdowns promptly.
