Inclusion Manager September 2025 Permanent, Full Time – 32.5 hours per week 39 weeks per year Grade 7, SCP 18-23 Annual FTE Salary: £30,559 - £33,366 Actual Salary: £23,377.57 - £25,989.27 Pedmore High School are recruiting for a Inclusion Manager to start September 2025 We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands. Pedmore High School is a smaller than average 11-16 mixed, multi-cultural comprehensive and is a member of the Invictus Education Trust. Graded ‘Good’ by OFSTED in February 2023, the school provides stimulating and innovative opportunities for learning; transforming the aspirations and educational outcomes for all students. We are looking for a suitably qualified, motivated and enthusiastic Inclusion manager to provide pastoral support. Qualified candidates should be organised, self-motivated and confident as well as being extremely good communicators with excellent interpersonal skills and good IT Skills.
