This is a temporary-to-permanent role, offering the stability of a long-term position and the autonomy to lead from the front. We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join us in October 2025 or sooner.
About the Role

Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the school, including curriculum development, staff management, and budget control.
Safeguarding: Champion a culture of safety and well-being, ensuring all statutory and contractual obligations are met.
Community Engagement: Build strong, positive relationships with parents, external agencies, and the wider Burnley community.
Quality Assurance: Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of the school, driving continuous improvement in student attainment and staff professionalism.

With QTS: You will have a successful track record in senior leadership, with a deep understanding of teaching, learning, and curriculum design.
Without QTS: You will have extensive leadership or managerial experience in a relevant field, with a proven ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and drive positive outcomes for young people.
