Job Description:
Have you recently completed your degree in the built Environment or an RTPI qualification? If you possess a flexible approach and are ready to embrace new challenges, we invite you to join our Strategic Land Graduate Programme.
Our dedicated strategic land team focuses on acquiring large areas of land with excellent potential for significant development. This programme promises a comprehensive overview of our strategic land operations, coupled with insights into various other departments. This holistic approach is designed to cultivate a thorough understanding of our business framework and the pivotal role of strategic land as a valuable asset.
Our programme is a 2-year scheme, where graduates will gain in-depth knowledge of strategic land, including planning processes behind land acquisition, strategic searching for and procuring new land opportunities, and developing a broader understanding of house building and more. The programme begins with a 4-day residential induction to learn about the business, meet other graduates, and hear from previous graduates about their journeys.
Over two years, you will attend various personal development sessions and have opportunities to work on projects for the business and charity to broaden your experience. These include:

* Graduate Business Case challenge
* Graduate networking events

What you will have:
* 2:1 degree or above in a RICS or RTPI accredited course in planning or surveying (Required)
* Full driving license and access to a car (Required)
* Willingness to travel around the UK and stay away from home for short periods
* Ability to find innovative and creative solutions to problems
* Willingness to challenge the norm
