The Role of Account Manager


This is a field-based role where you will work from home and visit retail, distribution, and merchant accounts.


As an Account Manager, you’ll plan and organise customer visits, booking appointments with Branch Managers, trade counter staff, and retail assistants to showcase stunning kitchen and bathroom products.

* As Account Manager, you will manage existing relationships with builders merchants, showrooms and distributors - managing relationships with branch managers, trade counter assistants and other in store stake holders.
* Using your relationship building skills, you will influence customers to take a wider breadth of products - upselling and cross selling


Key responsibilities include:

* Expanding market share and building on business opportunities within your area.
* Maintaining strong organisational skills to meet customer expectations, targets, and deadlines.
* Demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness to create a competitive advantage.
* Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Using sound business judgement, decision-making, and selling skills to drive results.
* Providing comprehensive and effective training to customers when appropriate.

This opportunity is ideal for a trade counter sales assistant, internal sales representative, or customer service professional looking to take their first step into a field sales or account management role with a highly respected brand and excellent training.

The Package on Offer for the Account Manager

* £30,000 basic salary
* £5,000 bonus paid monthly
* Company vehicle – hybrid or electric
