We're recruiting for a Central Services Manager to join our clients growing, fast-paced organisation and play a pivotal role at the heart of their business operations.
What You'll Do
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a small, multi-functional team. Key responsibilities include:
* Owning the company's data management and MI reporting
* System admin for the company's CMS and IT platforms
* Managing company accreditations and compliance
* Overseeing IT hardware, software, and external providers
* Fleet and facilities management across multiple sites
* Leading credit control and customer service functions
* Acting as the operational glue between teams, systems, and leadership
You'll report directly into the Board of Directors, and be empowered to streamline processes, solve problems, and drive operational excellence.
