Salary: Starting at £53,600 up to £64,300 dependent on Experience

The Opportunity
We are looking for an Operations Team Leader – Change & Development to lead the delivery of high‑quality operational learning and change implementation across our global operations.
This role sits at the heart of operations effectiveness. You will lead a small specialist team, work closely with senior operational leaders and transformation partners, and ensure that change is implemented smoothly, safely and with minimal disruption to member services.

Responsibilities
* Lead a team responsible for operational learning, induction and change implementation
* Own delivery of annual training and development plans
* Manage the day‑to‑day relationship with transformation partners to shape annual and longer‑term change plans for Operations
* Facilitate continuous improvement planning with Operations leadership
* Ensure change is supported by effective learning and communication plans
* Own and maintain Member Service induction and technical training content
* Use insight and feedback to improve training effectiveness and operational capabilityChampion a member‑centric mindset across all L&D and communication activity
* Promote strong risk awareness, governance and compliance within all change activity
What we’re looking for
You’ll be an experienced operational leader who combines strong people management capability with a practical, delivery‑focused approach to change and learning.
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing teams
* Solid experience in learning and development planning and delivery
* A strong understanding of change management approaches and methodologies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
* Experience using performance data and insight to drive improvement initiatives
* Confidence working in regulated environments with audit and governance requirements
Preferred (but not essential)
* Experience of lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
* Knowledge of medical defence, insurance or a similar regulated service environment
