Salary: £34,265 to £44,146 per annum (National) / £36,923 to £47,867 per annum (London)

Role Overview
The HR Advisor is a key member of the HR Team, responsible for delivering adaptive, timely, and compliant advice across the employee lifecycle. The role involves collaborating with colleagues across all functions, working closely with the HR Administration Team, and supporting HR Business Partners to provide outstanding advisory services across the group. The position supports Clarion’s values and behaviours and contributes to ongoing investment in our people to achieve exceptional outcomes for our communities.
Candidate Requirements
* Hold the CIPD Level 5 qualification.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Substantial experience working in an HR environment.
* Sound knowledge of current employment legislation.
