Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including restaurant area and bar
- Ensure high quality of food and beverage offerings and exceptional customer service
- Involvement in hiring, training, and supervising staff members, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff
- Create daily shift plans and assign duties to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Skills:
- Strong hospitality background with experience in hospitality management
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation and production
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer systems for inventory management and point of sale
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in hospitality with experience in hotel or restaurant settings. You must possess excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff. Additionally, knowledge of food safety regulations is essential to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
PLEASE NOTE:
We are looking for someone that is able to work a combination of weekdays, and also weekends.
Must be available to work Bank Holidays, and other key dates throughout the year.
We do not open on evenings, so no late nights.
In addition to your pay, you will also receive a share of the service charge gained over the month.
You may, from time to time, be asked to help at our other restaurant locations.
