We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Global Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their global recruitment efforts and ensure they continue to attract top-tier talent from around the world. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute the global talent acquisition strategy across multiple regions and functions. This is both an operational, hands on recruitment role, as well as providing strategic direction. Partner with senior leadership, HRBPs, and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience and champion a direct sourcing model Utilise data and insights to drive decision-making, report on KPIs, and continuously improve TA processes Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of hiring Manage external partnerships (agencies, job boards, recruitment platforms) to ensure optimal ROI Champion employer branding efforts in key global markets Stay abreast of market trends and innovative hiring practices globally Requirements Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on international and high-volume hiring.
