A leading private healthcare provider in London, is seeking a compassionate and professional Arabic Speaking Patient Support Co-ordinator to join their International team on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality translation, interpretation, and patient support services for Arabic-speaking patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their care journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver face-to-face translation and interpretation services for Arabic-speaking patients.
2. Assist patients and families with registration, orientation, and understanding procedures.
3. Liaise with clinical and non-clinical teams to resolve queries, coordinate care, and manage documentation.
4. Conduct daily inpatient visits, addressing patient needs and concerns.
5. Support international patients with local information, concierge services, and general assistance.
6. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
Requirements
7. Availability to immediately start a new role
8. Fluency in Arabic (written and verbal)
9. Minimum of 2 years interpreting experience, ideally in a medical environment
10. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and IT skills.
11. Strong cultural awareness and a proactive approach to patient service.
