Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week over 4 days (option to extend to full-time)

What You’ll Do
* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children under 2
* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFS
* Act as a Key Person, building strong, trusting relationships with children and families
* Observe, assess, and support each child’s individual development
* Collaborate with Room Leaders and senior staff to maintain exceptional standards
* Support and mentor junior team members
* Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies
What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 qualification or above in Early Years / Childcare (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
* At least 2 years’ experience in an early years setting
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
* A kind, nurturing, and enthusiastic nature
* Excellent communication and team-working skills
* DBS, Paediatric First Aid, and Safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain)
