Our client, a growing organisation on the outskirts of Colchester, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. With their business booming and a busy sales team, they require a dedicated and friendly professional to provide crucial support.
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting both customers and the sales team. Joining a welcoming and supportive team, you'll be responsible for the following:
8. Liaising with customers to address order and delivery inquiries
9. Updating customers on the status of their orders
10. Providing excellent customer service through phone and email interactions
11. Collaborating closely with the sales team to process orders and generate quotes
12. Ensuring accurate entry of customer information into the system
13. Verifying invoices against orders
14. Handling all administration tasks related to the role
To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will have:
15. ️ Experience using MS Office, including Excel and Word
16. Strong recall of information and exceptional attention to detail
17. Excellent communication skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and other personnel

21. Own transport desired, as the organisation is not accessible via public transport
