Duties Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in digital formats Performing data entry tasks with accuracy using CRM systems Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required Speaking to business customers in order to gain correct documentation Ensuring the organisations administrative procedures are followed effectively The right person Proven office experience with strong organisational skills Proficiency in computer skills Excellent data entry accuracy Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good xxuwjjq communication skills with professional phone etiquette Experience dealing with difficult customers on occasion Ability to work as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Working within a friendly team environment in the head office based on Wrexham Industrial Estate you will be working Monday
