Salary: £11,985 - £13,221 per year (based on a full-time equivalent of £29,562 - £32,611 per year), pay award pending
Location: Scottish Borders
Contract: Part-time and permanent, with potential to move to full-time
Hours: 15 hours per week (Mondays and Tuesdays) with occasional standby hours.
You will be part of a well-established Trades team working together to deliver a high-quality, efficient, and responsive service to our customers. You will undertake a wide range of tasks including repairs, maintenance, refurbishments, and upgrades to a range of residential housing.
You must be time served in all aspects of your trade and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will be expected to carry out a full range of activities associated with the qualifications of the post. You should be motivated, enthusiastic, have excellent customer care skills, and be an effective team player.
This is an excellent opportunity to build upon your existing skill set by carrying out housing repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment processes for the SBHA stock portfolio.
