Overview
Receptionist – Sevenoaks, Kent. Temporary, part-time position (22.5 hours per week). Part Time – Monday to Wednesday.
Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and staff
* Delivering excellent customer service at all times
* Managing incoming queries and signposting appropriately
* Maintaining filing systems and assisting with computer data input
* Scanning and handling documents in line with data protection policies
* Supporting routine administrative tasks as required
* Role modelling the Housing Association's values and undertaking other duties as needed
The Candidate
* Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role with strong communication and organisational skills
* Excellent speaking and listening skills
* Strong customer service background
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work effectively in a busy front-of-house environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policies and procedures
The Contract
* Working hours: Part Time – Monday 08:45-17:15, Tuesday 08:45-17:45, Wednesday 08:45-17:15 (22.5 hours per week)
* Length of contract: 3 Month Temporary Assignment
* Rate: £17.00 per hour LTD / £14.59 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday)
