Key Accountabilities
* Lead the site Technical function, ensuring strong food safety and quality compliance
* Maintain audit readiness and support successful external and customer audits
* Manage the QMS, HACCP systems, and technical documentation
* Drive continuous improvement, investigations, and corrective actions
* Oversee supplier approval and raw material assurance
* Support training and promote a positive food safety culture across site
