About the Role As an NQ Solicitor, you will assist in managing a varied caseload of motor, casualty, and indemnity claims. You will work closely with senior solicitors and partners, gaining exposure to cases progressing through the High Court while developing your litigation expertise from the outset. Key Responsibilities Assist with the management of a portfolio of litigated claims, including motor and casualty matters. Support senior solicitors in progressing files in line with client instructions and commercial objectives. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, applications, and correspondence. Conduct legal research and assist in analysing liability, causation, and quantum. Participate in witness interviews and assist with the preparation of statements and evidence. Liaise with counsel, clients, and other stakeholders under supervision. Attend court hearings, mediations, and conferences where appropriate. Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with relevant procedures. Provide timely updates to clients and assist in delivering practical legal advice. About You Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly). Training seat experience in litigation, personal injury, or insurance law is advantageous. Strong interest in motor, casualty, and insurance litigation work. Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced legal environment. Well-organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. A team player with a proactive and positive approach.
