Job Title: General Practitioner
Location: Rainham Health Centre
Salary: Up to £112,500 depending on experience
Hours: 4 to 8 sessions per week

Job Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery and work closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the delivery of the surgery's operational plan.
* Maintain quality within the practice, participate in clinical governance activities and contribute to improving health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework, achieving CQC standards.
* Provide clinical care as described in the job plan and in line with the total triage model, including consultation sessions (both in person and by video), telephone triage, correspondence, results, medication reviews, prescription signing and clinical administration.
* Adhere to the highest personal and professional standards set by the GMC and prioritize individual patient care.
* Collaborate with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to develop, deliver and review the surgery action plan, including list growth, patient satisfaction, QOF, enhanced services, KPI targets, resource profile and cost management.
Ideal Candidate
* Current registration with GMC and NHS performers list and engaged in regular clinical work.
* Experienced doctor with GP accreditation – MRCGP examination or equivalent experience.
* Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient‑focused services.
* Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and appropriate coding.
* Working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb.
Package Description
* Annual salary up to £112,500 depending on experience and £11,000 per session for newly qualified GPs.
