Salary: £32K–£40K depending on experience
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, 1 hour lunch

This client are a fast growing and established energy company, that are looking for a new Junior or experienced Estimator to join the impressive and distinctive work space!
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment. You’ll be joining a small/ medium energy business, with a busy BMS department, who have massive clients in the retail sector.
After training, What the new Junior BMS Estimator will:
Take ownership of estimating BMS projects, preparing tenders, and calculating costs accurately.
Work closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and the technical team to ensure proposals meet all requirements.
Create polished, professional tender documents for management approval.
Keep supplier and subcontractor information up to date, including pricing and capacity.
Help the team review costs and improve the accuracy and efficiency of estimates. What we're looking for in the new BMS Estimator:
Some knowledge of BMS, HVAC, or similar mechanical systems.
Highly organised, process focused, and able to handle multiple tenders at the same time (With training).
