Join a friendly and supportive team as a Service Coordinator, where you'll be the heartbeat of the service operation-scheduling and planinning workd, supporting 10 engineers across the South East.
What you'll do:
* Book and manage service appointments with precision
* Liaise directly with engineers to keep things moving smoothly
* Deliver top-tier customer service every time
* Keep an eye on stock and service levels to ensure a first-time fix
What we're looking for:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Organised, proactive, and cool under pressure
* Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination (a big plus!)
Based in Wrotham | Full-time, Mon-Fri | Friendly & supportive team
