Support Worker – New Care Package We are recruiting dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join a brand-new care package supporting J, a gentleman with cerebral palsy and autism, in his own home and community. J has a great sense of humour, enjoys social interaction, and likes to maintain his independence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new support team and help build consistent, person-centred support from the beginning. About the Role You will provide high-quality support tailored to J’s needs, including: Supporting daily living routines Encouraging independence and choice Assisting with community access and activities Building a positive and supportive relationship J attends a day centre three times per week independently. Shift Patterns This package provides 24/7 support with a variety of shifts available, including: 9am – 9pm day shifts 3pm – 9am sleep-in shifts 3pm -9pm Evenings Waking night shifts Flexible availability is preferred.
