Functional area: Operations & Maintenance
Fleet Servicing is an established team within Offshore Operations Fleet Management & Support team that is responsible for the annual, semi-annual servicing and limited trouble shooting of Wind Turbines across multiple operational sites in the UK and Germany.
Reporting to the Fleet Servicing Team Lead, the Long Term Planner is responsible for the efficient planning and reporting on all scheduled maintenance activity for the fleet servicing team ensuring high levels of quality, health and safety standards, and efficiency whilst optimising the utilisation of the vessel to perform fleet servicing across the offshore portfolio.
About the role:
1. Development, implementation and monitoring of the fleet servicing planning process spanning 5 years to 14 days to ensure all planned work is completed within corporate and legal requirements with the least commercial impact to the operational sites working at a portfolio level
2. Accountable for the efficient planning of the agreed scheduled servicing delivered by the fleet servicing team, ensuring all maintenance is carried out on time and is technically complete
3. Ensure all maintenance workflow processes are implemented and operate as designed, using KPI’s and metrics to monitor performance and optimise activities
4. Work with the Project Engineers and Operations Manager to ensure the site and SOV teams needs are understood, communicated and implemented to deliver the service teams KPI’s
5. Responsible for ensuring that Maintenance Worker Orders are created with resources and service consumables allocated prior to the campaign commencement. Act as the Single Point of contact and key user of the CMMS
6. Collaborate with site operations and engineering team in terms of management of maintenance priorities, highlighting technical, operational and commercial risks associated with changing the planned work
7. Assuring that project plans are regularly updated and reviewed and with levels of certainty to allow effective monitoring and forecasting to be communicated to site management and other stake holders
8. Provide accurate reporting to the team and key stakeholders to ensure progress, deviations and project risks are fully understood and mitigated
Job requirements and experience
9. Previous experience in optimisation of commercial availability through maintenance and resource planning
10. Effective communicator, being able to operate at multiple levels of authority with cultural / regional understanding
11. Knowledge and experience using / managing a CMMS
12. Previous experience in Production and Maintenance planning
13. Knowledge of Microsoft office, Project, Excel
14. Previous knowledge of Marine Management Software for planning and manifesting

The base location can be any of our UK sites or home-based. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, with occasional flexibility required outside these hours. You will also be expected to travel to sites beyond your base location, including Europe and overseas, which may involve overnight stays.
