Location: North Walsham | Pay: £13.71 (including shift allowance)|12 hourshift pattern including days nights and weekends

This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent—ideal for individuals who are motivated, reliable, and ready to grow with a company.
About the Role:
You’ll play an important part in producing high-quality products. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring products meet strict quality standards
* Accurately recording production and quality data
* Working independently and as part of a team
* Following health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication and record-keeping skills
* A proactive and hardworking attitude
* Ability to work well in a team and on your own
* Previous production experience is preferred but not essential
* Own transport is essential due to location and shift times
