Role Overview
As a Lidl Area Manager, you’ll be a future leader, guiding us through our next growth phase. Your journey begins with comprehensive training on our business operations, preparing you to oversee multiple stores. You will coordinate up to five stores, supporting Store Managers to lead their teams effectively, meet KPIs, and excel in their roles.

Responsibilities
* Visit stores regularly to ensure smooth operations, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and compliance
* Support Store Managers in recruiting, training, and developing their teams, while enhancing store performance
* Empower teams to achieve KPIs and uphold high standards
* Create an environment conducive to high performance, aligned with our Leadership & Company Principles
Requirements
* Experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve results
* Ability to analyze complex reports, implement next steps, and oversee new initiatives' effectiveness
* Drive to learn and stay updated with business changes
* Effective communication skills for supporting teams with new launches and processes
* A full UK Driving License
