* Proven working experience in data collection through research, coordinating data rules, monitoring performance metrics, analytical approaches, and driving actionable insights as well as telling an actionable story
* API integration and proficiency in creating and troubleshooting technical workflows (min. 3 years’ experience)
* Implementing and managing XM technologies for customer, users, products, and services experience particularly in Qualtrics XM implementations
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Qualtrics XM, Confluence, Jira
* Experienced with software such as Power BI
* Custom coding skills like JSON, DAX, Javascript, Python is plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
