Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including catering, serving & bar work, all aimed at enhancing the dining experience.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
* Serve food and beverages, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
* Assist in food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
* Handle catering services for events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
* Maintain a clean and tidy front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
* Take bookings over the phone & online using & Little Hotelier (training will be given)
* Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
Skills
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience in catering services is an advantage.

Shifts
This job involves evening work and some weekends. The shifts vary from 2pm - 6pm & 6pm -11pm.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 29 per week
