What I Need
I am looking for a designer to:
Create a distinct visual identity for The Talent Strategy System (separate from my consulting firm branding)
Design and format the full Pro Edition document
Elevate layout, hierarchy, typography, and tables
Create a clean visual system that can scale to future editions and a subscription layer

Scope of Work
1. Brand Identity for the Product
Create a distinct visual identity for:
The Talent Strategy System – Pro Edition
This includes:
Wordmark / typographic logo (clean, minimal)
Colour palette (subtle, professional)
Typography pairing (headings + body)
Visual style guidelines
Design system that can be reused for:
Future editions
Subscription content
Slide decks
Implementation tools
This should sit alongside my existing brand, not replace it.
2. Full Document Design & Formatting
The Pro Edition is currently in Word format (structured, content-complete).
You will:
Refine heading hierarchy
Improve spacing and white space
Redesign table layouts
Create subtle section divider pages
Format all templates for usability
Ensure readability at executive level
Design cover and back page
Create consistent footer & pagination
Add subtle visual system elements (lines, spacing, structural cues)
No stock imagery required.
Minimal or no photography.
Use whitespace and typography as primary design tools.
3. Visual System Elements
Create:
"Talent System at a Glance" visual diagram
Simple system flow diagram
Clean module dividers
Refined template layouts (especially PDP and scoring matrices)
These should feel structured and understated.
Deliverables
Print-ready PDF
Editable source file (InDesign preferred, Word acceptable if well-structured)
Brand guidelines (simple one-pager)
Reusable document template for future modules
Important Context
This product will be launched publicly and promoted primarily via LinkedIn.
Design must hold up when:
Pages are screenshotted and shared
Sections are excerpted visually
Cropped sections are posted online
The design must communicate premium authority in fragments.
Future Direction
This Pro Edition is the foundation of a broader product ecosystem.
Later this year, I will launch:
The Talent Strategy Advisory
(A quarterly executive briefing subscription)
The design system must be scalable for that future layer.
