What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and delivering creative, personalised lessons that inspire and support children with SEN.
* Using specialist strategies and resources that help each child learn in the way that suits them best.
* Adapting your teaching to meet diverse learning needs and helping students grow in confidence.
* Working closely with a warm, collaborative team of teachers, parents, and external specialists.
* Creating a safe, positive, and encouraging environment where children feel valued and empowered.
* Keeping clear, meaningful records to track and celebrate each pupil’s progress.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
* Previous experience supporting children with SEN.
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and how to adapt it effectively.
* A kind, patient, and imaginative approach to teaching.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships.
* A genuine passion for helping children overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
