This is a brilliant opportunity to join a small, collaborative team with a big global mission: to end avoidable blindness. You’ll lead the strategy and day-to-day delivery of Orbis’s supporter acquisition programme, recruiting new donors across a range of fundraising products and channels.
Job title: Supporter Acquisition Manager
Salary: £45,000 to £48,000 depending on experience
Location: London (near Charing Cross), with hybrid working – Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office
Contract: Full-time, permanent

You'll be responsible for:
Developing and delivering Orbis UK's long-term supporter acquisition strategy
Leading annual budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring
Managing media, creative, and fundraising agencies and partnerships
Overseeing creative production and content to maximise appeal and response
Analysing campaign results and making data-led decisions to optimise ROI
Ensuring brand consistency and compliance across all acquisition activity
We’re looking for someone who:
Has managed significant customer or supporter recruitment budgets
Knows how to plan, deliver, and evaluate multi-channel campaigns
Has strong direct and digital marketing knowledge and can oversee creative development
Is confident managing suppliers and internal stakeholders
Brings a collaborative, proactive mindset with a curiosity about what works and why
