About You
A rare opportunity has arisen for a People Operations Partner to join our existing high performing People Partnering team within Your McCarthy Stone.
You will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of the HR and People strategies within designated business areas of McCarthy Stone.
We are looking for a CIPD qualified HR professional that can role model our values and develop impactful relationships with stakeholders and colleagues. You will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders, and HR colleagues to shape and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the business area and the overall Your McCarthy Stone strategy.
Your understanding of employment law, people metrics and good practice will enable you to influence and drive our people plan; from employee relations to talent and engagement and empowering a high-performance culture.
The Role
You will lead on the delivery of the People Plan to ensure we are driving engagement, retention, D&I and people development whilst engaging, empowering and influencing stakeholders within your business area and wider Your McCarthy Stone team.
You will advise, guide and support colleagues and managers by providing high level people management and development support across designated business areas; whilst being comfortable offering advice and influence on all levels of seniority.
You will lead on HR projects, taking ownership, management, and delivery of key business initiatives from end to end.
You will have a solid understanding of UK Employment Law and will support and advise managers in all areas of Employee Relations covering the full range of issues including performance management, absence management, capability, disciplinary and grievance cases.
You will work with the Talent Acquisition team to support the attraction, recruitment, and selection for key roles across our developments and Support Functions.
You will work with the Reward team to ensure pay and benefits align to the marketplace by undertaking regular benchmarking and analysis as well as leading on the annual pay review process.
This is a hybrid role and will require travel across our developments based in the London and South East counties.

Your Attributes
You will have:
13. Experience of working in a fast-paced generalist HR Business Partnering role
14. Experience of managing an ER case workload including complex cases
15. CIPD Qualified
16. Excellent communication skills
17. Able to deal with competing priorities to manage escalations and deliver to deadlines
18. Able to constructively challenge and influence stakeholders
19. Apply critical thinking to identify a range of solutions to complex problems
