Job Title: Windows Security Engineer
Salary: Up to £165,000 + Bonus
Location: Bradford
Client: Our client is one of the most technically advanced, high-performance Fintech trading firms in the world. They are renowned for their tech-first culture, deep engineering talent, and complex, high-speed systems. They operate in a friendly, tight-knit culture in a stunning office space.
Role:
You would be joining the core Information Security team. This is an opportunity to drive innovation in a fast-paced, low-latency trading environment, focusing on firmwide Security projects.
* Architecting, building, and automating Windows infrastructure
* Integrating Office systems/software e.g. M365
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders—traders, developers, researchers—to understand real-time requirements and deliver scalable systems
* Monitoring and improving performance across enterprise platforms
* Owning mission-critical systems and solving complex engineering problems
Qualifications/Skills Required:
* Deep experience with Infrastructure Security technology
* Experience with Windows Server in high-availability environments
* Scripting with PowerShell (bonus: Python or other automation tools)
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP, SCCM/Intune
* Experience in fast-paced, demanding environments—finance, trading, or similar tech-driven industries
