Overview
ThetaRay is seeking a Partnership Manager with a strong sales background and a track record of 3 to 5 years in driving growth through alliances and partnerships. This London-based role is part of the Global Alliances team and focuses on managing and growing partnerships with GSIs, RSIs, Microsoft, and other ISVs. You’ll contribute to building and scaling our partner channel in EMEA and beyond, contributing directly to revenue and strategic expansion.

Responsibilities
* Own and grow relationships with key partners, including GSIs, the Big 4, RSIs, Microsoft and ISVs, to drive joint pipeline development and meet our revenue objectives.
* Lead the execution of joint go-to-market strategies and coordinate account mapping and partner enablement efforts.
* Identify and activate new regional partners that can accelerate ThetaRay’s growth in priority markets.
* Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to align our partnership strategy with our business objectives.
* Own and maintain partner account plans and pipeline updates in Microsoft’s Partner Center.
* Track partner performance in Salesforce, manage pipeline reporting, and own partner contribution to revenue targets in collaboration with the sales team.
* Represent ThetaRay in partner QBRs, ecosystem events, and industry conferences.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in sales, partner management, or business development in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or cybersecurity company.
* Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at large GSIs and with field sales teams.
* A highly organized self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
