The Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Associate Consultant to join our high-performing team focused on underwriting, claims, and broking recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with relevant experience in recruitment or the insurance industry to build a successful career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
You will play a key role in supporting senior consultants while developing your own client and candidate relationships within the insurance market.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates for underwriting, claims, and broking roles
* LinkedIn & Job board searching
* Building and maintaining relationships with candidates across the insurance sector
* Assisting with job advertising and market research
* Learning client management and recruitment processes end-to-end
* Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
About You
* Recent graduate or relevant experience in recruitment or the insurance industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly motivated, proactive, and resilient mindset looking for a meritocratic environment.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Commercial awareness and an interest in financial services/insurance
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
