The successful applicant will:

5. Understand the EYFS curriculum and support transition into Year 1
6. Provide engaging, creative, and exciting learning experiences
7. Have experience using a structured, synthetic phonics programme
8. Set high expectations for behaviour, attainment, and progress
9. Be well-organised with excellent communication skills
10. Be committed to their own professional development
11. Contribute to the wider life of the school
