About the Company:
We are looking for an experienced Inorganic Analytical and Development Chemist to join a specialist healthcare company in Hampshire. Within this varied role, you will be involved in product development from concept through production, testing and method development, and supporting manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
* Developing new and improved products.
* Designing and implementing new manufacturing techniques and equipment into Production.
* Developing quality and product test methods.
* Supporting R&D Microbiologists on the development of new products and processes.
* Developing test plans and conducting testing on products.
* Supporting Production in a variety of areas.
* Supporting Production’s quality control processes.
* Assisting with/managing customer requests.
* Supporting failures.
Requirements:
* Degree or higher in Chemistry or related.
* Good knowledge of physical testing such as density and viscosity.
* Experience in inorganic product development/ formulation.
* Experience with scale-up/ process development.
* The ability to work autonomously and with confidence.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
