As a Marketing Manager, you will be leading the strategic campaigns to develop our Hayward Gallery and Visual Arts programmes.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of data-informed, audience focussed, strategic marketing campaigns for the Hayward Gallery and Visual Arts programme
* Drive income generation, build and retain new audiences and communicate Southbank Centre’s vision and artistic programme.
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns within the Visual Arts sector.
* Demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and CRM systems—particularly Tessitura—with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
* Proven experience of managing budgets and delivering cost-effective, ROI-driven campaigns.
* Communicates clearly, positively and effectively, with the confidence to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
